| For and about graduate students, both on-campus and via distance education, the University Graduate Student Association keeps you up-to-date on issues and opportunities. With eight committees representing graduate interests such as Social Events, Academic Policy, Finance, Teaching Effectiveness, Political Awareness, Library, Student Information, Judicial and Legislative, and Publicity, the UGSA also hosts invaluable graduate student forums where you can post messages on everything from items for sale to observations about graduate life, publishes the graduate student newsletter The Midnight Oil, and provides funding and reimbursement on graduate travel to conferences and photocopying of your thesis.
