Which courses should I take?
What classes will help me meet me goals?
How do I choose a major?
How do I balance my school and work commitments?

These are questions every NC State student faces–whether on campus or participating through Distance Education. Luckily, there are plenty of good answers! Our advisors are here to help. As part of our community of achievers, you have access to both on-campus and virtual advisors who can walk you through the challenges and opportunities of distance education and academic life.

Academic Advising is available for both degree and non-degree students at NC State. Non-Degree Studies Students should contact the Distance Education Advising Services. Degree seeking students should consult your NC State assigned academic advisor to ensure courses are applicable to your degree program.
