*Distance Education tuition and fees are calculated on a per credit hour basis, and are billed in addition to campus tuition and fees. DE courses are identified in the online MyPack Portal with a 601 section number or higher.

Undergraduate tuition rates apply to all courses numbered 1xx-4xx. Graduate tuition rates apply to all courses numbered 5xx or higher.

Fees paid by Distance Education students provide a Unity account and email, and allow full access to D.H. Hill Libraries, Math Labs, and Unity Computer Labs. Students registered only for Distance Education courses do not pay student services fees. Therefore, services like the Student Health Center and the NC State Gymnasium are NOT available. At this time there is no option for students to purchase access to these facilities.
