Grade Reporting

Because the grade roll due date for Distance Education courses varies slightly from campus courses, first official grade reports are likely to show an LA (Late) or INC (Incomplete). Once grade rolls have been submitted by your instructor and posted by Registration and Records, an updated grade report will be sent to you (generally two to four weeks after the first grade report).

If you are awaiting your grade in order to receive reimbursement of tuition, or for any other critical need, this should be discussed in advanced with your instructor.

Grades for Graduating Students

It is important that you discuss the timing of grade reporting with your instructor if you are planning to graduate this semester. This should be done at the beginning of the semester.

Unless special arrangements are made, grades typically are not reported prior to graduation deadlines.
