Undergraduate Programs
NC State offers several bachelor-level degree completion programs through distance education. Transfer credits from other accredited post-secondary institutions can be applied toward fulfillment of the degree requirements.
Bachelor of Arts Online Degree Completion Program: Leadership in the Public Sector
The B.A. in Leadership in the Public Sector is offered by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Entering students must have a transfer GPA of 2.5/4.0 and 40 to 72 credit hours of transfer course work. The remaining requirements may be completed online.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechatronics (joint program)
Partner institutions including NC State offer a bachelor of science in engineering degree that combines on-campus and online instruction. Requirements total 128 credit hours, 61 of which are NC State distance education engineering courses.
Undergraduate Minor in Agricultural Business Management
The minor in Agricultural Business Management teaches basic business and economic principles for agriculture. Not a free-standing program, it must be combined with an undergraduate major at NC State and is available only to NC State degree-seeking undergraduate students.
Undergraduate Site-Based 2+2 Engineering Program
With partner institutions, NC State offers the first two years of instruction, utilizing on-campus and online instruction, in a bachelor of science in engineering degree program.
